dc.description.abstractMaintenance plays a strategic role in the operation of companies, as it is responsible for ensuring the availability and performance of their assets, being essential throughout the production chain. This area demands a constant search for technologies that will optimize maintenance, reducing costs and increasing equipment availability. From the Fourth Industrial Revolution onwards, the changes arising from digital technologies made maintenance smart, showing an evolution process until Maintenance 4.0, allowing advantages over the models used in previous industrial revolutions. Through these enabling technologies, the objective of this work is to propose a 4.0 maintenance system for agro-industrial forestry machines and equipment. For the consolidation of the objective, a systematic literature review was carried out based on the PRISMA methodology and supported by the Mendeley software and the development of the system based on the Design science method. The results show the relationship and synergy between Intelligent Maintenance and Industry 4.0 and the convergence between these technologies to build an Intelligent Maintenance model through realtime monitoring of machines. The proposed work delivered to the forestry area a display with dashboards for online monitoring for greater agility and assertiveness in decision making.
