In this sense, first drew up the business plan for the deployment of a fitness trade fashion in the city of Pato Branco using as the base model developed by the Brazilian Service of Support for Micro and Small Enterprises (SEBRAE). In a second step we analyzed the different methodologies of the business plan proposed by the scientific literature. And finally held interviews with the entrepreneur to identify their perception about the phases of the business plan. We conclude that this study contributes to the topic of business plan and a review of literature on the subject.
