Determinação dos fatores que alteram os preços de apartamentos em Curitiba

Abstract

In real state market it is important to know which particulars and items can explain the value of an apartment. This study wants to attest as some particulars can impact the value of an apartment in the city of Curitiba. The particulars and items to be tested are: location, front / face, height floor, private area, number of bedrooms, number of parking spaces, number of suites, different building standards, conservation, existence of sports court and private barbecue grill. For this study is used property appraisal techniques and the ABNT NBR 14653. From this, it is possible to quantify the impact of each of these variables on the value of an apartment for the treatment by factors.
