Desenvolvimento de um sistema gerenciador de condomínios utilizando o framework VRaptor

Abstract

The work of completing the course in question aimed to reflect on the contributions that a web system provides for the administration of a condominium. Initially a theoretical analysis of the factors most relevant for administrators and residents, as laws, standards, the issue of transparency and application of technologies in these housing developments. Following, in order to contribute to the liquidators, has developed a web system for condominium management, for this we use a framework for developing an easier and faster. Thus we base our work in the framework VRaptor. It was selected because it is a framework with documentation in Portuguese, created in Java which makes using it a pleasant experience in the development of learning and getting results shortly after use. After the entire development process, the system was used by user and then a search was conducted with a sample of them, who answered a questionnaire to verify the acceptance of the project. Finally, the research enabled some conclusions that reflect how was the process of creating and developing the use of the framework and how the system came to help and condo unit owners.
