dc.description.abstract | Currently, the use of sealing walls with dry vertical joints is remarkable. Although it does not play a role in structural functions, the sealing walls are subject to external loads, which may thus result in undesirable effects. The main reason for adopting this method is the decline in consumption and speed of execution of work. Thus, shear tests were performed on prototypes of the conventional construction method. In addition, dry vertical masonry joints and, verification of the consumption materials were involved in the two study methods. | |
