Microbiology is a discipline with deep and comprehensive theoretical framework that requires a detailed study for its understanding. One way to secure and consolidate learning is through the development of complementary activities (exercises, problems, etc). Thus the objective of the "Bank of microbiology issues: a resource for teaching" aims to consolidate microbiology concepts for teachers and students. The project covers subjects embedded in the institution's educational plan, therefore assisting in the exercise and practice of the contents developed in the classroom. It also offer students the opportunity to check their learning process. Its functionality is due to the fact that the issues of this kind of collection is scarce to study within the university. The question bank is divided into the following topics: history of microbiology, cytology bacteria, and microorganisms control - chemical and physical agents, bacterial growth, chemical and physical factors that influence bacterial growth, bacterial metabolism and main fungal groups, each theme features easy, intermediate and difficult issues. The conclusion of this project was successful. It used the bibliographies of the planned teaching, Microsoft Office Word and Paint platform editing of drawings and images as a support.
