dc.description.abstract | Aiming to reduce the difficulties encountered in the manufacture of consoles of prefabricated pillars due to the need of constant modifications in forms, the use of skilled labor, allied with the natural pursuit in reducing costs and increasing productivity, companies make the confection of pillars consoles in an alternative way to NBR 9062: 2017, using methods of execution of the consoles in the pillars without proven resistant capacity, and also changing a series of constructive aspects of the consoles that hinder the assembly and mass production in the diary factory work. Thus, this study aims to perform experimental tests with real prototypes used in the daily manufacture, making use of a load and console models defined accordingly to study and criteria established by the company that make use of this executive method. From the tests it was possible to observe a significant difference in resistance between the method used by the company when compared to the executive method of NBR 9062: 2017, where there were significant differences between the proposed methods. | |
