Estudo da melhoria da eficiência energética em edificações residenciais utilizando automação residencial

Abstract

This work presents a study about the kind of electrical loads found in a residence and revises several types of technology related to automation in homes. There also a study concerning the best methods and procedures to improve the energy efficiency. The goal is to make efficiency the usage of electrical power inside residential buildings using automation as the most important partner. To achieve this goal is necessary to research all loads of a residence and identify which one justify a new alternative for an efficiency usage of the energy. Some equipment like: shower, lamp, heating systems and refrigerators represents the biggest levels of energy consumption which turn these loads as the main targets in one action of improving energy usage. Many technologies were found and sometimes there are directly benefits of using this technologies to make the energy use more efficient and those practices also increases the user comfort.
