dc.description.abstract | This paper presents the development of a control board using a PIC16F877A microcontroller. To be used in a Pick-to-Light sequential Smart Bin machine system, of six boxes, as an alternative to the automation of the equipment using microcontroller hardware. Its key concepts are related to microcontrollers programming and the usage of voltage regulators. Furthermore, the development of the control board’s electric system and programming of the microcontroller are desmostrated, as well as the results obtained by computer simulations. | |
