Análise de viabilidade econômica da alvenaria estrutural em comparação com o sistema construtivo convencional para habitações populares em Pato Branco - PR

Abstract

This work aims to compare the structural masonry system of concrete blocks with the conventional model that uses ceramic blocks for the masonry of the fence and the reinforced concrete for the construction of the structural elements. This comparation aims to verify the economic viability of this constructive typology, still little used in the city of Pato Branco -PR, aiming the construction of popular housing. During the study, a survey was conducted on the constructive models and the question of popular housing in the municipality. The comparison was made from structural and architectural projects developed especially for the present study with the use of AutoCAD, CAD/TQS and ALVEST/TQS softwares, and from these, the quantity of materials and services considered relevant for analysis was extracted the cost of each constructive method. Thus, it is possible to define the system that presents the lowest cost and relating it to the estimated global cost for the example building.
