Abstract

Study prepared within a business group made up of three factories which produces tiles of cement and pvc products for use in construction area. It was developed in the civil engineering maintenance sector , to establish management guidelines for creating systematic application on hand management work area . The work has developed tools for plying the organization of employees available in the industry , such procedures create systematic control for tasks , productivity, control, records of service requests and thus gives the backlog in the industry. The conclusion of this work is to show the work of planning , control of the sector's.
