Abstract

The subject which is broached in this scientific research shows the efficacy we canobtain, about the environment protection through the efficient tributary political that is able to get good results, because sound economy doesn’t the bear itself without a sound environment. Analysing this way, it’s of a great importance the creation of other projects like “ICM Ecológico” that already exists in the states of Paraná, São Paulo, Minas Gerais, Rondônia e Rio Grande do Sul, in which it has been taken good effects not only towards the economy but also the protection of environment in almost all towns in what it has been put in practice. This way we can think over about the necessity of protecting the environment realizing a maintainable development in a economically positive way.
