The disorderly growth of cities can result in impacts ranging from changing landscape dynamics to poor housing conditions. Given this, global discussions arise about sustainable development and its correlations, such as urban and neighborhood sustainability. Considering this context, the objective of this work was to analyze the sustainability of the Zone 2 neighborhoods of Campo Mourão, by applying social and environmental indicators. Indicators are important tools for getting to know cities, especially at the neighborhood scale, as they involve data and information directly related to the local population. From assumptions already existing in documents such as New Urbanism Charter, New Athens Charter, New Urban Agenda, Sustainable Development Goals and Sustainable Cities Program, the following indicators were selected: Land Coverage; Percentage of households connected to the sewage treatment system; Percentage of households connected to the water distribution system; Percentage of households connected to and close to the waste collection system for transportation, health and education services. The indicators were applied using data from the Brazilian Institute of Geography and Statistics (IBGE) (2010) demographic census, allowing the elaboration of maps of land cover, basic sanitation and proximity to basic services, developed with the aid of of free software QGis 2.18.17. Zone 2 presents problems regarding sewage collection and treatment infrastructure, and lack of public green spaces and the presence of basic transportation, health and education services. It has positive service regarding water distribution and waste collection. In general, neighborhoods in Zone 2 are considered moderately sustainable because they have some flaws, but they can be better planned and invested to make them satisfactory. May this study become collaborative in a positive way, especially for municipal management, as a form of assistance in the search for information, thinking about the population's quality of life and nature conservation.
