dc.description.abstractThis works aims to develop and build a model of the combustion chamber to a gas microturbine. For this, the proposed methodology will be used by Lacava. Will be developed and built a tubular combustion chamber. The combustion chamber is responsible for transforming the chemical energy contained in fuel into thermal energy, which will cause the expansion of gases, increasing its speed and therefore its kinetic energy. This energy is harnessed by a turbine, in the case of radial flow, which will move the axle shaft doing work where you can, for example, trigger an electrical generator.
