This final year project is a proposal of a flexible framework for design projects development, taking as essential prerequisites: delivery quality, versatility of application, time saving and low cost resources. The drafting process has undergone a review of the main design methodologies taught in academic field, considering the context in which they were designed and methodologists that have developed. Following, the research deals with the Agile Movement origins and its methodologies, seeking to contextualize this movement and find common points between this one and the development of design projects. In order to do this, a analysis of complexity on development environments is presented (Cynefin), as well as a summary of the main frameworks made by founders of Movement Agile. The next step, Scrum is more detailed, one of the most popular Agile frameworks. Within the presentation of Scrum, all its stages are thoroughly exemplified, even as classifications and functions, seeking to transpose the good points of the framework for the proposal of this work. Complementing the model and correct design and agile methodologies shortages, it was necessary to study the routines and methods dedicated to quality control and problem solving. The data collected in these surveys gave support for the preparation of the proposal, which is presented in all its stages and is subsequently exemplified. In order to improve the work, other methods have been added to the framework, such as brainstorming concepts, preparation of action plans, defining and implementing roadmaps, creating dashboards, application of brandkey (a methodological model of brand development) and the application of performance indicators. Besides, the project is flexible to the inclusion of additional modules leaving it even more bendable and expanding its applicability effectively. This project completion is through a textbook example of the main features of the framework applied in a real project.
