Eficiência energética em aquecimento de injetoras termoplásticas e sua influência nos climatizadores de ambientes

Abstract

The energy conservation and energy efficiency have been highlighted in the media, providing benefits that efficient use of electricity brings to the planet and to the Brazilian energy matrix. This research shows a study done in a factory located in the Industrial City of Curitiba. An analysis of the consumption and cost of electric power company and by dividing the loads, we noticed a high consumption of electricity in the molding area due to the air conditioning working constantly because the process generates a lot of heat for environment. The results show that significant savings are possible by applying concepts of energy conservation in heating of injection, reducing the consumption of heating injection and avoiding heat loss to the environment while preserving chillers for air conditioning.
