dc.description.abstractThis work was thematic discussion on the relationship between theory and practice in the work of teachers of the Elementary and High School. Through the conducted literature, we tried to understand the importance of theory in teaching practice and in line and the relationship between this and practice adopted by teachers in their day to day work. The research adopted as guiding theory, historical materialism. It is hoped that this study will contribute in building awareness of the need to move closer and more harmonious the relationship between theory and practice in teaching in the classroom.
