With the growing search for ways to control phytopathogens, the use of plant extracts has been gaining more space, especially using native fruit trees, as they have antifungal properties. In view of this, the objective of this work was to identify the antifungal potential of extracts of araçazeiro amarelo, araçazeiro vermelho and jaboticaba hibrida against the fungus Sclerotinia sclerotiorum. The experiment was carried out in the Phytopathology laboratory of the Universidade Tecnológica Federal do Paraná - UTFPR, campus Dois Vizinhos. The extracts were obtained using water and 70% ethanol solvents. To assess whether the extracts have antimicrobial activity, the Minimum Inhibitory Concentration and Spot-test methods were used. With this work, it was possible to identify that the ethanol extract of Araçá Amarelo showed the best antifungal activity on the fungus, it was also observed that the ethanol extracts showed fungicidal action in lower concentrations when compared to aqueous extracts, which shows us that the form of extraction interferes with the action of the extracts. It is concluded, therefore, that more studies are needed on the control of extracts on fungi, since in the literature several authors report the antibacterial activity of these extracts.
