Proposta de implantação de lean manufacturing em uma empresa de pequeno porte do ramo moveleiro

Abstract

With the extremely competitive market, companies increasingly seek standards of excellence in quality and productivity. Lean manufacturing is a set of practices, strategies and methods that focus on waste elimination and continuous improvement.This paper presents a case study of a small company in the furniture sector, in order to raise the implementation feasibility of Lean Manufacturing. To better understand the current situation of the company, photographic records were made in order to facilitate the visualization of improvement opportunities. To the implementation of the proposal the tools used were brainstorming, learning canvas and 5W2H. Through this study, we were able to identify opportunities and propose suggestions for changes, also compare them with succesfull cases.
