Ferramenta para aplicação da metodologia da manutenção centrada na confiabilidade em sistemas industriais

Abstract

Reliability-Centered Maintenance (RCM) is a consolidated methodology in the industrial environment for the elaboration of maintenance plans based on the functions and modes of failure of each equipment. To facilitate the completion of forms relevant to RCM deployment, in an auditable way, this work developed an application in Microsoft Excel platform. The study for structuring the tool was based on the following authors: Smith (2004), Moubray (1997), Rigoni (2009) and Siqueira (2005). The main features presented in the application are: ease of reporting; simplified prerequisite and audit analysis; Failure mode analysis its effects and criticality in line with the definition of maintenance techniques; correlation between the steps and suggestions for self-completion for some fields.
