dc.description.abstract | This work presents the project and simulation of a didactic workbench for the diagnosis of defects in reducers using vibration analysis. The workbench was designed in order to simulate different gear defects in speed reducers. Therefore, was used an electric motor coupled to a gear reducer subject to a fixed workload where gear crown sets (shaft, bearings and defective gear) must be replaced for each analysis and data collection. The paper presents the detailed project of a workbench and analysis of frequency done in software, performed to validate the use of the workbench. | |
