A importância social da regularização fundiária na cidade de Itapetininga - São Paulo

Abstract

This work is thematic approach on the constitutional right of every Brazilian has about the right to housing. Rapid urbanization and migration of people from rural to urban areas in search of better living conditions, with a greater supply of jobs and wages, leading in many cases of Brazilian cities disordered growth. In view of the federal law no 11,124, 2005 which aims to diagnose the housing situation of the 5,561 Brazilian municipalities and provide guidelines for planning the local housing industry, requiring all municipalities to produce the Local Plan Social Housing or PLHIS, the proposed work checks where they are located, and what to do with the irregular dwellings proposed by the government, disordered occupations or illegal land dealers. The results of this study generated a bylaw approving the promotion of regularization in the city of Itapetininga, São Paulo. Before presenting the cores to be regularized, explains a brief history as well as the urban development of the city which completed 432 years on November 5, 2013. This work uses research methods documentary, historical, participant and case studies, in order to lead to reflection, social issues about the actual need for regularization or other supported housing solution legally presented some of the core.
