dc.description.abstractThe revitalization of public spaces for consumption is of utmost importance at a time when the market is dominated by major retailers and online shopping sites. Focusing on this problem, which reduces the flow of people, the Urbanization of Curitiba (URBS), responsible for the current Popular Shopping, found in the Capão Raso neighborhood, decided to turn it into Capão Raso Municipal Market in order to attract new audiences. Thus, this work aims to develop a visual identity and wayfinding that express the new concept of the place. For this, the construction of a briefing, linked to the concepts of visual identity and signage, allows the search for an effective solution, through design, for the problems encountered. With that, the development of the brand will be of extreme importance só that the proposal of signs is not only informative, but that it has the identity of the place.
