dc.description.abstract | The current milking systems are becoming more and more technical, because they have mechanical milking machines, electronic milk meters, automatic extractor, automatic milk protractor, level sensors and programmable washing system, but to ensure that this system has a good efficiency, the flow of animals have to be constant and uniform, so the technification of the waiting room becomes indispensable. It is proposed in this monography the development of an Automated control system for movement dairy cows (SCAM). The proposal was based on the development of a reduced model in which engines, sensors and a physical structure have been placed and allocated, that allowed planning and conducting tests. Starting from a microcontroller, it was possible to command the proposed system and verify the operational technical feasibility of the proposal in front of the control need of the amount of animals in a waiting room, making the density per square meter always remain uniform, maintaining the flow constant in order to avoid the elevation of temperature and stress in animals. | |
