Análise de riscos em frigorífico

Abstract

Several agents are present in work environments such as refrigerators, high noise levels, exposure to cold and ergonomics, can cause damage to workers' health and their quality of life. This study aims to analyze and compare the risks in the deboning sector in three slaughterhouses in southern Brazil. To obtain this assessment, there were two noise dosimetry, a exposure to cold and ergonomic work analysis. The values obtained in the measurements were compared with the current reference values. As a result of the noise ratings it can be seen that if the refrigerator 1 study it was found unhealthy environment, since the refrigerator case study despite 3 reached the level of action configures an appropriate level of acoustical comfort. The ergonomic assessment of the work performed in the refrigerator case study 2, showed us an intense ergonomic requirement generating the risk of injury.
