This work presents the results of analyzes conducted on water samples collected from monitoring hum 11 months in Parque da Raposa located any municipality of Apucarana – PR. This monitoring was carried out in order to verify the existence of organochlorine pesticides, such as α-BHC; β-BHC, γ-BHC; 4,4´DDT, Aldrin and Dieldrin. Such analyzes were proposed because of the region's economy be focused on agriculture and especially the bioaccumulative characteristic of organochlorine, which ultimately exacerbate potential damage to both the environmental question as to human and animal health. Monitoring of the samples was performed using data obtained from the physical and chemical characteristics - pH, chloride, nitrate, nitrite and ammonia; and microbiological characteristics with qualitative check total coliforms and fecal coliforms. From these analyzes it was found that at certain periods the Parque da Raposa waters showed a pollution tax, with a concentration of 14.672 ppm nitrate to sample collected in March 2014 and total coliform analysis conducted in December in 2013 the value obtained was 240 UFC per 100 ml. In addition to concern for the environment this work brings agility and efficiency microextraction methods for identification and quantification of pesticides of interest. For preparation of water samples were used to Dispersive Liquid-Liquid Microextraction (DLLME) and a Single Drop Microextraction (SDME). After submitting the samples to pesticide analysis with DLLME and SDME the identification and quantification were done by gas chromatography/mass spectrometry. The results of the analysis of samples prepared by SDME method showed that 10 of the 11 samples showed Aldrin concentrations greater than 1,923 ug L-1. After a comparison was made of the SDME technical efficiency with DLLME.
