dc.description.abstract | The Sustainability Balanced Scorecard is a performance measurement method combined with Strategic Management that has the potential to encompass the financial, environmental, and social perspectives. Currently, socio-environmental management has great potential for global expansion since the unification of strategic management with socio-environmental management is considered the future of business strategies, being increasingly present in organizations. This study aims to propose and analyze the application of the Sustainability Balanced Scorecard in a large company located in the north of the Paraná state, based on the various analyzes of the literature on the themes of Strategic Management, Balanced Scorecard, and Sustainability Balanced Scorecard. For this goal, the case study method was used. From the results, there was a significant improvement in the five perspectives analyzed in the target company of this research, which are Growth and Learning, Internal Processes, Internal Customer, Financial and Sustainability, highlighting the importance and efficiency of the method used. Regarding it, this study was able to show that, with the method used, it is possible to simultaneously achieve the success of strategic and socio-environmental management. | |
