dc.description.abstract | This work describes the operation of the pneumatic and electric nutrunners, which are the used tools in car maker, machines and equipment. The credibility and reliability a product are directly linked to your quality. And to get a product of quality is necessary use the best clamping technology, knowing that each type of the nutrunner behaves of different ways depending on clamping gasket be it a rigid gasket or a flexible gasket. Understanding the functioning of main tool models, help in hour of choice which the best nutrunner to a particular type of operation. Will be treated also some maintence procedures of hydopneumatic nutrunners, where, the main problem is when the torque down, besides the admeasurement and calibration these tools. Throughout the work will be addressed some concepts of gaskets, torque and angle and lastly the application these concepts in a assembly line of tractors, analyzing the choice of tool most proper to the operation. | |
