Abstract

The study analyzed the profitability of some of the fixed-income investments available in the market. Showing the current scenario, the functioning of the financial market, its organs representatives, the main characteristics of fixed income securities and their taxation. Through the analyses presented, the job search assist readers in deciding which fixed income investment. The data collected in banks, for the private securities, and at Treasury direct, where are offered the Government bonds. Comparative studies were conducted among the options available in the study, being checked the profitability from the chosen mode, the amount invested, time investment, indexer and the incidence of taxes. With this information presented and analyzed the aim is to facilitate the choice of the investor, legal or physical person, regarding your decision to invest in fixed income.
