Abstract

From a problem that my great-grandmother has recurrently, a personal interest in facilitating the interaction of the elderly public in their actions with fast bank tellers has arisen. Observing that the academic focus found was in the literature of this topic, both in cognitive scope and discussions about, but not in the development of a base piece applying the knowledge already quoted by the studies, this Term Paper propose the start of the development of a conceptual interface with basic rules só that actions can be done in a simpler way.
