Simulação e análise de cenários de racionalização de energia elétrica em 2014: impactos no caixa das distribuidoras

Abstract

This work presents an economic analysis of the Brazilian electrical sector based on simulations of electrical energy consumption saving scenarios in residential and commercial sectors. The simulations cover the period from April to December 2014. This proposal consists of developing scenarios of energy consumption reduction of the residential and commercial classes, as well as computer simulation of Newave and Decomp models. In this regard, three scenarios are considered. One is the Reference and the remaining consists of 5% and 10% reduction in the consumption of the above-mentioned classes. It also presents the results of the simulations and the accounting of the missing amounts of energy in the contracts of electricity distributors in April to December 2014.
