dc.description.abstract | With the increase of technological innovations, classrooms are also changing drastically, that is, teachers are becoming facilitators of learning and students have a more active role in the construction of knowledge. In this context, we saw the need to implement the concept of hybrid teaching in the Teaching Institution Senac Videira, mixing presences and online moments, with the intention that students learn more and better, providing the use of different technologies and making learning and an ongoing process in the academic life of students. For the development of this work, the first step was the search for a theoretical framework involving concepts of distance education, hybrid education and information and communication technologies in education, demonstrating their applicability through the implementation of the Google For Education platform, highlighted here as a promising tool to assist in the process of teaching learning both in distance education and in face-to-face education. Google For Education is a digital platform that offers a variety of free educational tools, such as hangouts, Google Calendar, Google Drive, Google Docs, classroom, among many other features that allow verbal and textual interaction, creating, editing and sharing files, which improve teaching and engage students in the construction of knowledge. The present work has as general objective to report the implementation process and to explain the experience of using the Google For Education platform in the teaching institution Senac Videira, highlighting the benefits that the tool provides by personalizing teaching, integrating different moments of learning and creating new learning experiences for students and teachers. We present here the results regarding the application of the Platform in teaching life and students inside and outside school. The research sources used were primary and secondary, and a descriptive study was carried out, where the applicability information of the platform was raised around the theme. The approach is applied, since the study involves local interests of the Senac Videira teaching institution. As a result, an analysis of the Google For Education tool and its usability in face-to-face teaching courses was presented, demonstrating that its use is not complex and encouraging the teacher to experience the hybrid teaching proposal, giving students a multiplicity of tools for construction of knowledge. | |
