A sustentabilidade inserida na moda por meio de técnicas e conceitos de reutilização de material

Abstract

This research aimed to reflect on the theme of sustainability and its application in production processes of fashion, due to the high consumpition of raw materials in the clothing, the consequences of which are immensely harmful to the evironment. Thus, this study possibilities for reuseof disused clothes to delay the disposal of these parts in the evironment. The recearch is characterized as exploratory and included: a Field study, effected by means of na interview with professionals and students to know how they see the concepts linked to sustainable fashion, and a literature search, which included the follwing topics: sustainability and fashion, sustainable design; ecodesign, the high level of consumption today, and companies that work whit a bias ecological and sustainable. Furthermore, it was developed from a collection of clothes, which have been transformed, basedon three- dimensional modeling and flat, as trends of Summer 2014.
