Abstract

This paper is a brief investigation about the teenagers in Youth and Adult Education with a focus in the City of St. Helena - PR, mainly aspects that are desirable for a new direction of the country's education system, mainly because it is a mode to become a need to ensure these students "marginalized" from major opportunity for the construction of citizenship. Because it is a mode of education by law, is also a matter of fairness and inclusion, which has long been violated by illiteracy.
