Abstract

Entrepreneurs generally seek a managerial means to make decisions based on data obtained from their processes. For a more assertive decision-making, the study of results results, given by an accurate diagnosis, is sought. The present work intends to analyze the decision system controlled by the process of view of all the effects of the apparatus. process. In the course of the study, it was presented as stages from the experimental method, which constitutes the development of an experimental project, providing a unique and precise approach for the selection of all the necessary data for the accomplishment of the statistical studies. The results obtained are generated through graphs and tables, generated through Minitab® software. The general form, the measurement system of an influence of 26,37% on the results of the process indicators. All of its results were passed on to the company. Thus, the study took a perspective view of the importance of a system that shows data to its manager, making the most realistic shots in a real process.
