dc.description.abstractThe lean construction and novel constructions methods with more technology study as the prestressed slabs, show an advanced rational on construction, mostly by the waste reduction and more effectivity on civil construction. In that regard, that article proposes a review of the prestressed slabs execution maturity process, using by reference the principles of lean construction. The research was made by a study case in a construction and a real state developer construction fulfilled in Francisco Beltrão city on Paraná state, Brazil. Initially was stated the principles of lean construction followed by a qualitative research on construction, through a questioner aplicated for the execution and management in charge of the construction. The main positives points was: the construction of prestressed slabs system; the processes adopted by the company stay effective; direct negotiation with providers partners; the architecture made for supply the client needs. With these results was rated the construction system and company maturity, leading up to schedule of possible execution at each region, with that we reduce the cycle time of the structure execution using the same prestressed slabs method. That acceleration must principally by the second set of metallic struts, frames and locking elements.
