dc.description.abstractThis work was done with the main objective to present concepts related to entrepreneurship, business model standards, design and strategy for the formulation of a workshop of automotive repair in the city of Chapecó - Santa Catarina, by applying the Canvas tool, useful in better business description. Developed through a visual picture with nine components, constituting of customer segments, value proposition, communication channels, customer relationships, revenue streams, key resources, key activities, key partnerships and structure custos.O canvas aims to describe, visualize, measure and modify the business model, helping the understanding and comprehension of it. This study is characterized as exploratory and descriptive research presents qualitative almost full, with some cost surveys and revenues. Data collection was split consultation to the automotive sector, suppliers and potential customers and partners. The result justified the research and application of Canvas, as presented simply the desired business model with its advantages in providing services to the automotive sector.
