Abstract

This work had the objective of facilitating the activities of the operator of automotive harvesters, by means of an automation of the movement system of the load worm and the canvas of the bulk tank, taking into account the problems generated by the same ones not being automated, So that they are manually lifted and lowered at the beginning and at the end of the working day and / or when there is a need to transport the equipment. For this, it was necessary an analysis to quantify and qualify what would be the equipment and materials used in the development and manufacture of parts that were essential for the construction of a mechanical / pneumatic prototype, capable of performing the automation of the system, Expectations of the proper functioning of the equipment. Finally, it was possible to conclude that through automation it is possible to obtain a better performance of equipment, bringing comfort and practicality to those that use them as a working tool.
