Impacto da implantação da NR-12 em uma planta de filmes plásticos laminados impressos

Abstract

This article provides an overview of the compulsory implementation of the Regulatory Standard (NR-12) in a printed laminated plastic film plant, showing some impact on production and on the maintenance indicators. It is shown as the Kaizen philosophy helped reverse a negative situation from the point of view of results of operations and maintenance once finalized the work of the NR -12. Finally, after the initial difficulties to accept the new security mode, the paradigm change begins to occurs , and in addition to the maintenance indicators , the goal of zero accidents happens to be desired by all in the plant, and everyone has a safe place to work.
