Fernando Pessoa‘s poetic has overcome the limits between reality and fiction. In the face of his 136 masks, Bernardo Soares is his semi-alter-ego and holds the main authorship of Livro do Desassossego (2016). Bearing that in mind, this piece intended to investigate the plausible reasons for the title of ―drama em gente‖ that Pessoa orders and how that fiction reveals itself in his semi-alter-ego through Livro. The concept of heteronímia was fundamental to this research, as well as de ortônimo, heterônimo (alter-ego) and semi-heterônimo (semi-alter-ego). The authorship problematic of Livro was also explored, alongside its textual fragmentary structure, whatever configures the non-book. For that, some of the theoric and crytics used were: Lourenço (1981) and (2015), Pizarro (2012), (2015) and (2016), Blanchot (2016), Merquior (1989), Moisés (1982). The set of Fernando Pessoa's texts on his transfiguration: the book Teoria da Heteronímia (2016) was also imperative. Therefore, we enable an approximation among six of Pessoa‘s auto-reflexive texts, opposing with for fragments of the fictional book O Livro do Desassossego. This interpretation happened within the semantic of the word ―desassossego‖. After that, the justifying of the likeness between the ortônimo and the semi-alter-ego and how Livro is the metonymy of the incomplete piece and fragmentary work of Fernando Pessoa.
