Políticas públicas e gestão de resíduos sólidos em Goioerê - PR

Abstract

This work is a study on Public Policy, Management and Solid Waste Management in the city of Goioerê-PR, in order to identify aspects inherent to solid waste management, whose issue is quite complex because we are driven by production and over consumption. This concentration, when not accompanied by a planning and proper management, contributes to the deterioration of some of the key features of human activities: the generation of solid waste. The aim is to diagnose and identify solutions that are environmentally sound, economically viable, socially just, and adopt an integrated management of solid waste in the city that comes close to an adequate profile to minimize problems of waste produced in the city of Goioerê. It appears through this study that the Democratic administration is more feasible, but still uses the conventional and, in addition, environmental education in partnership with all involved in the generation of solid waste is the best way to minimize problems that may affect further development of the municipality.
