Gerenciamento dos riscos de acidentes do trabalho em uma fábrica de colchões e estofados

Abstract

The aim of this study was to analyze the risks and perform statistical survey and analyze accidents to make improvements in controlling accidents. The methodology was to have conducted surveys of accidents that occurred more frequently in certain weekday, hour and in some parts of the body and possible causes exposed workers. These surveys were carried out in a furniture factory in the state of Parana from December 2013 to August 2014. The units studied are of mattresses and upholstered and their respective industries with appropriate activities. The main results were found in these accidents during the period were 56 recorded accidents and these indices showed that 78% were accidents that left employees with clearances and these accidents occurred at higher intensities on Monday, the schedules more were happening in the period from 10 o'clock in the morning and 15 o'clock, and the sewing frame and sectors were the most injured body were malaise and fingers. We conclude that the variety and concurrency workloads contributed to the occurrence of such accidents. Is study in which the accidents must have solutions that reduce the statistics with the aid of training, dietary guidance, habits and responsibilities.
