dc.description.abstractThis paper discusses the operation and applications of wireless sensor networks bringing three possible approaches: Star, Single retransmission of received packets and the Mapping of paths by neighboring nodes, and the current legislation that regulates wireless communication. Next, a wireless sensor network for the monitoring of electrical machines is proposed and developed. Finally, the results of the tests for validation of the implemented network are presented.
