dc.description.abstractTechnology, speed, comfort and safety are demands of modern society. Such challenges, however are unattainable if ignore of engineering. It's in this atmosphere of thoughtful and innovative attitudes that the word of imagination materializes, yielding to the man the achievement of progress and evolution that brought the instrumentation of early scientific-technological development that we experience today. In this design the present monographs discusses the projection of an automatic suspension of the vehicle allowing quick and easy odd in changing tires, since the conventional model (monkey), is no longer compatible with the high technology used in modern vehicles. The device also features a locking system of the vehicle to the ground making theft and providing greater stability in any floods. Designed drawn and tried initially in virtual environment, using the most modern calculation and computer graphics programs, it was possible to assess the conceptual design adaptability, thus making feasible the implementation of physics, prototype, observing with accuracy, every detail of the elements, that are described in this work. The body of this monograph consists of all relevant steps that were followed to comply with the proposed functions in pre-design. In moments opportune, during the description of the steps required to install the equipment will be presented figures, diagrams, tables, physical and mathematical expressions referred to in the literature compatible at each stage. Not only these tools have been applied, but also several programs, such SolidWorks, Fluidsim MDSolids were used and in order to obtain locking system and vehicle lift with the best scalability and reliability feasible. The process of choosing the elements of machines (compressors, valves, fittings, actuators and components) was drawn up after thorough study of their feasibility and compatibility with the proposed objectives. By means of the stages described above, exhaustive research and, with the guidance of inestimable value, on the part of teachers, professionals and qualified technicians, it was possible to build a prototype that is compatible with the intended purpose of this project.
