Análise do sistema de proteção conforme NR12 de uma prensa hidráulica de compactação em uma empresa de porte médio

Abstract

The search for better conditions to preserve safety and health at work and the physical integrity of workers during their journey are constant and imperfect as it is still high number of occupational accidents in Brazil and worldwide, due to the lack of training and capacity building employees, as well as the non-use of personal protective equipment or lack of collective protections, whether mobile, fixed and electro-electronic protections. It is monograph aims to examine the conformity of the new protection system NR 12 of a hydraulic press of vertical compression, used in a business recycling solid waste. Even the equipment has been manufactured after the effective date of this NR, security conditions offered the operators are inadequate. The methodology used was through visits recycling company in order to get records and information about the press. In this study, we contacted to the absence of several essential items for occupational and labor safety of its operators.
