dc.description.abstract | The concept of continuous improvement has guided companies in recent years, making them more competitive, lowering manufacturing costs. Companies are increasingly looking for automated solutions in their processes, developing applications in the area of technology and industrial automation to improve their processes and, consequently, their results. KAIZEN has been an important tool for associations. In this line, this work aims to present the results in the panel testing area of WEG AUTOMAÇÃO in Itajaí / SC, to identify other applications, to test more solutions and to propose improvements in the line are the objects of this work. In order for this work to be feasible, process analyzes were analyzed in the range from 03/2019 to 12/2019. During the development of the work, several opportunities for improvement in the process were identified, which served as the basis for carrying out several practical tests and simulations in the production flow. Through these experiments it was possible to determine how best options to eliminate such waste. Through chronoanalysis, a loss due to displacement and disability was observed, not all technicians were able to carry out a software application that did not select standardized ones. Once the losses of losses due to displacement and disability were solved, it was possible to update the test scripts for standardized products, multiplying the reduction in the routing time by the aggregate costs (fixed costs + variable costs), being able to calculate the gains. | |
