dc.description.abstract | Despite urban management being modernized with the evolution of new technological tools, there are still management activities that have not changed for a long time, requiring more efficient and accurate tools. Thus, this work aims to implement a new tool for collecting irregular IPTU data, a tax that has significant weight in the management of resources of a municipality. The use of UAV as a management tool is the situation raised in the study, which collected existing data available on the transparency portal of the municipality of Toledo - PR and real data measured using drone and ortho-rectified images with centimeter accuracy. There were 4 areas mapped from neighborhoods with different economic characteristics, totaling 258 properties that had the data collected, with the mapping it was possible to find 79 properties in irregular situation and 73 properties possibly irregular, resulting in a possible increase of IPTU revenue by 2% considering only the irregular ones. | |
