Análise de custos para fabricação de diferentes configurações de montante estrutural para um silo metálico graneleiro

Abstract

This paper presents a case study for structural costs in different pre-dimensioned configurations of structural profiles for a small sized metallic grain silo, for an industry in the city. In this research real prices data were collected from the company’s suppliers for analysis, as well data in the human resources sector for the manpower costs, including government taxes. Time data were collected in Production’s control sector so the time cost could be calculated. At the end the total composition of the cost price for the two different structural configurations was calculated. Some costs were left behind because they were the same for both compositions, as the roof and body of the silo. The results shown that the configuration with two structural profiles per plate in the body’s ring is cheaper to produce than the configuration with three.
