Análise técnica de implantação de sistema de ancoragem definitiva nas coberturas de edifícios residenciais

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the conditions for work in height in residential condominiums in the region of Curitiba-PR with focus on the definitive anchorages. It presents the legal concepts that prove the mandatory of the definitive anchorages in buildings as well as the forms of fixation and use of these devices. It also presents a systematic calculation and design of the definitive anchorages based on the current norms. Complemented by a field survey, the study verified, through a questionnaire applied to the condominium syndics, that important safety items for work at height were not observed during the construction and maintenance of these buildings. It brings as a result of the study a script for the analysis of the loads involved, criteria for meeting the normative requirements and choice of materials for the execution of the definitive anchorages.
