dc.description.abstractThe current moment is considered by many, as the advent of the information age. This evolution happens at an ever faster rate, much faster than we can process in our minds. The human being has to live and adapt with this growth, extracting as much as possible from these countless “data lakes”. As industry 4.0 advances in modern companies, Business Intelligence concepts are becoming increasingly common in the corporate environment. Dashboards offer a unique and powerful solution for presenting an organization’s information. Regardless of the technology, the success of a dashboard is the result of a clear design with concise information. The purpose of this research is the creation and implementation of a dynamic productive dashboard (based on the concepts of industry 4.0), from different data sources and updated frequently (at most in 15 minutes). In order to reduce consultation and decision time, the databases available in the production process were integrated using the Tableau software, and the visualization was made available on a single screen. As a result, significant gains were obtained in the speed of analysis of productive performance, with the immediate and updated visualization of information. With the implementation of this project in the pilot area, concepts can be expanded to other areas, also opening new research fronts related to decision making, behavioral impact in the use of performance indicators and efficiency of predictive alerts based on known information or generated by artificial intelligence.
